How To Enable Reservation Reminders
If you'd like to enable automated reservation reminders for your customers, either by SMS or email, please see the steps below.

PLEASE NOTE: You must have a connected Twilio account if you're looking to send the reservation reminders via SMS.

- Click on the ' TablePath' logo in the top left.

- Click on ' Configure' at the bottom left hand side of the page.

- Click on ' Settings'.
Quick Link: If you are already logged into the TablePath Dashboard, click on the following link to jump straight to the 'Settings':

- Click on 'Reservations'

Scroll down the page until you reach '
Reservation Reminders'.
Alternatively, you can use CTRL+F on your keyboard and then type Reservation Reminders to find the correct section.

Enable Reservation Reminders: Check this box if you would like to enable automatic reservation reminders. Reminders are sent via SMS.
PLEASE NOTE: You must connect your Twilio account to send SMS messages.

- Send Reservation Reminders By Email: Ticking this box will send the reservation reminders via email, overriding the default method of via SMS.

- Disable Reservation Reminders For Residents: Check this box if you don't want reservation reminders sent to hotel residents.

- Reservation Reminders Notice: This allows you to set how many days in advance you'd like to send the reservation reminder. For example, if you set the value as 1, the reservation reminders for a Saturday will be sent out on Friday.

- Reservation Reminders Time: This allows you to set the time of day that the customer receives the reservation reminder.

- Reservation Reminders Threshold: This allows you to set the minimum number of covers that a reservation must have before a reminder is sent. For example; if you set a value of 4, the reservation reminders will only be sent to bookings of 4 or more.

- Reservation Reminders Grace Period: This allows you to set the number of hours before a reservation in which a customer will not be sent a reservation reminder. The default value is 48 hours. So for example, if you are sending reminders for Saturday and someone placed their reservation on Friday, they won't receive a reservation reminder.

- When you have made your changes, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Save'.
