Why Can't I See My Reservations

If you're unable to see your bookings on the 'Reservations Portal', or if there are a lot of bookings missing; the likely cause is that the view is set incorrectly.

To make sure all bookings are visible on the page, please do the following:

Click on the TablePath logo in the top left.

Click on Reservations.

If you are presented with the following Warning Message in the bottom right hand corner of your screen, click on the Warning and this will alter the time range to make bookings outside of the time range visible.

If you are not presented with the above Warning Message but are having trouble viewing all of your reservations, continue with the steps below:

From the ' Reservations' page, click on the ' View Option' (this is the text to the right of the TablePath logo that'll say Grid View, List View, Confirm View, or Floor View).

Ensure the correct ' Room(s)' are ticked and displayed.

Set the time range as 7 am to ' End Of The Day'.

Make sure all the shifts (i.e. Lunch, Dinner, etc.) are NOT selected.

Click ' Save'.

If a shift is selected and there have been any issues assigning your bookings to a shift, none of them will appear. The most reliable way to show the bookings is by using the time range rather than a shift.
