How To Enable Pending Reservations For Hotsoft

If you'd like to enable pending reservations for reservations made via Hotsoft, please see the steps below:

1. Click on the TablePath logo (top left)
2. Click on Configure on the bottom left-hand side of the page.
3. Click on 'Settings'.
4. Click on 'Reservations'.
5. Scroll down the page until you get to 'Enable Pending Reservations For Hotsoft'.
6. If the box says 'OFF', then click on the box to switch it to 'ON'. Tick this box if you want to enable pending reservations in the Hotsoft integration.
7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Save'.
