How To Enable Alphanumeric Sender Id

1. Click on Configure on the bottom left-hand side of the page.
2. Click on 'Settings'.
3. Click on 'Marketing'.
4. At the setting for Enable Alphanumeric Sender Id, click the 'OFF' button to turn it 'ON' and vice versa. Check this if you want a name to display on your customer's phone instead of a number. NOTE: If you enable this setting, your customers won't be able to opt out of SMS promotions.
5. Click Save at the bottom of the page once done.
