To link TablePath bookings back to the Hotsoft booking, please add the text ?hsresid= to the booking links you're sending to customers. Please put the Hotsoft booking number at the end of that text. NOTE: The software you use to send your welcome emails needs to have access to the Hotsoft booking number.

So an example link would be https://your-domain.tablepath.com/reservations?hsresid=1234

Any booking page links that have ?hsresid= at the end will have their TablePath booking linked to their Hotsoft booking for edits and cancellation syncing.
