Why Are Contact Details Not Saved For A Walk-In

If you're adding contact details to a booking you've set up as a walk-in, you need to add them to the Customer tab AND the Details tab. 

The Customer tab holds details of the customer profile on that booking (name, email, phone number etc.) whereas the Details tab holds the name of the booking. 

In TablePath, it's possible to have a booking under a name that's not the same as the customer profile name. An example of this would be in a corporate setting where someone makes bookings on a client's behalf and the name on the booking will be different from the name of the person making the booking.
