How To Exclude A Room From Your Booking Widget

There are two ways to exclude a room from your booking widget:

Method 1

1. Click on Configure on the left side of your page
2. Select 'Rooms & Tables'
3. Click on the Edit (pencil) button next to the room you'd like to exclude
4. Tick 'Hide From Online Selection'
5. Click 'Save'

Method 2

If you want to remove a room from one booking page while keeping the ability to display it on another, use this method.

1. Click on Website on the left-hand side of the page.
2. Click on 'Content'.
3. Select the booking page you want to edit on the left-hand side of the page. The page will load on the right side of your screen.
4. Click anywhere on the Reservations page block container. This will display a new set of icons with an amber background at the top left corner of that page block.
5. Click the Edit (pencil) icon.
6. Deselect the rooms(s) you don't want to be displayed by holding the CTRL key as you click on them.
7. Click 'Save' at the bottom of the pop-up.
8. Click 'Publish' at the top of the page to publish the changes to your website.
