Order Taker Timing Out

If your order taker is opening (you can see the Tables and Tabs buttons) but is getting a timeout error when trying to view your open tables, it may be because of old table transactions or old tab transactions (ones opened prior to today) have not been closed. If you do have such transactions left open, please close them and try connect to the order taker again.

If the order taker landing page is not loading (i.e. you don't see the Tables and Tabs button with an error), the issue is related to the connection into your Volante system. Please contact your Volante provider for assistance in restoring the connection to your Volante system.
