How To Edit A Voucher Recipient Email Address
If a customer has made a mistake when entering an email address for a voucher, you can change it by doing the following:
- Go to the Vouchers page (https://manage.tablepath.com/admin/vouchers).
- Find the customers voucher using the search box.
- Click the edit button (pencil icon) beside that voucher.
- Change the email address to the correct one and click 'Save'.
- Click the 'Resend Voucher' button beside that voucher.
- Click the 'Email To Recipient' button.
The customer will then get the correct voucher (with printable PDF attached) to the correct email address.
