How To Edit A Voucher Recipient Email Address

If a customer has made a mistake when entering an email address for a voucher, you can change it by doing the following:

  1. Go to the Vouchers page (https://manage.tablepath.com/admin/vouchers).
  2. Find the customers voucher using the search box.
  3. Click the edit button (pencil icon) beside that voucher.
  4. Change the email address to the correct one and click 'Save'.
  5. Click the 'Resend Voucher' button beside that voucher.
  6. Click the 'Email To Recipient' button.

The customer will then get the correct voucher (with printable PDF attached) to the correct email address.
