Troubleshoot Hotsoft Connection Issues

If you're having issues connecting to Hotsoft, please check the following:

  1. Please make sure the connection settings are correct. They can be seen in 'Configure > Integrations > Hotsoft (Hotsoft Connection Page). If you have no settings entered there, please contact Planet support for the connection details.
  2. Please contact Planet support to request that the connection is tested from their side. If they confirm that the connection is running correctly, you can reset the connection syncing by clicking the link 'Reset Sync' on the Hotsoft connection page (Hotsoft Connection Page).
  3. If the issues persist, please contact TablePath support at support@tablepath.com for further assistance.
