Troubleshoot Opera Cloud Connection Issues

If you're having issues connecting to Opera Cloud, please check the following:

  1. Please make sure the connection settings are correct. They can be seen in 'Configure > Integrations > Opera Cloud (Opera Cloud Connection Page). If you have no settings entered there, please contact Oracle support for the connection details.
  2. If the connection settings look correct, you can reset the connection syncing by clicking the link 'Reset Sync' on the Hotsoft connection page (Opera Cloud Connection Page).
  3. If the issues persist, please contact TablePath support at support@tablepath.com for further assistance.
