Troubleshoot Opera Cloud Connection Issues
If you're having issues connecting to Opera Cloud, please check the following:
- Please make sure the connection settings are correct. They can be seen in 'Configure > Integrations > Opera Cloud (Opera Cloud Connection Page). If you have no settings entered there, please contact Oracle support for the connection details.
- If the connection settings look correct, you can reset the connection syncing by clicking the link 'Reset Sync' on the Hotsoft connection page (Opera Cloud Connection Page).
- If the issues persist, please contact TablePath support at support@tablepath.com for further assistance.
