Troubleshoot Guestline Connection Issues

If you're having issues connecting to Guestline, please check the following:

  1. Please make sure the connection settings are correct. They can be seen in 'Configure > Integrations > Guestline (Guestline Connection Page). If you have no settings entered there, please contact Guestline support for the connection details.
  2. Please contact Guestline support to request that the connection is tested from their side. If they confirm that the connection is running correctly, you can reset the connection syncing by clicking the link 'Reset Sync' on the Guestline connection page (Guestline Connection Page).
  3. If the issues persist, please contact TablePath support at support@tablepath.com for further assistance.
