Introducing the TablePath Guest Portal
Single Page Dining Itinerary to Delight your Guests
The TablePath Guest Portal is the perfect location for guests to see all their dining reservations in one place. Rather than searching through multiple emails for reservation details, the Guest Portal serves to summarise the guest's dining (and activity if applicable) schedule either in an itinerary or list view. The guest may also add new or edit / cancel their existing bookings through a simple, intuitive interface. The Portal's appearance is fully customizable to the hotel's brand colours to create a sense of familiarity and trust for guests.
Key Features:
- Simple, one-page personalised itinerary for Guests.
- Easily add or edit reservations via seamless use of TablePath booking widgets.
- Customisable to the hotel's brand guidelines including colours, fonts and images.
- Create a sense of exclusivity with resident only booking features.
Concise, intuitive itinerary
The Guest Portal provides the guest with a easy to understand itinerary of their dining reservations on one page. If configured, the itinerary will also contain activity bookings for their stay too.
Configurable Widget Options
The Guest Portal allows the guest to make additional reservations through new or existing booking widgets. These widgets may be limited to those with residential status and provide access to ‘restricted’ booking times as designated by the hotel.
Resident Validation
The user has different options to validate their residential status (either as an in-house guest or a future resident.)
- Hotel booking number and Last Name
- External booking number (e.g. OTA or Travel Agent number) and Last Name
- Name and Arrival / Departure dates
- Implicit
Confirmation Email Integration
For the best guest experience, a link to the Guest Portal should be included in a pre-arrival or confirmation email when the guest makes their room reservation. The link should contain the hotel booking number to make it as easy as possible for the guest.
TablePath provides pre-configured 'merge codes' for popular CRM / messaging systems in use by hotels today e.g. Cendyn, Revinate, GuestJoy etc.
