Revinate Integration

TablePath has engineered an integration with Revinate Customer Data Platform (CDP) via a back-end API. With this integration, Revinate may extract TablePath data relating to your customers and their table reservations. This data will be ingested into the Revinate CDP and become available for marketing and other purposes.

A CDP is software that collects data from multiple sources and converts it into a format that is easy to understand and use for marketing purposes. CDPs share a few key features, including:

  • Data collection. Ingest customer data from any source.
  • Profile unification. Dedupe and merge profiles, and match new data to the correct profile.
  • Segmentation. Group customers according to their interests and behaviour.
  • Activation. Use data from customer profiles and segments in marketing tools.

What TablePath data will be available?

TablePath can supply most data that exists in our system including but not limited to: Customer details (Name, Email, Phone etc), Reservation details (Date, Time, Party size, Outlet, Notes, Preferences and Custom field responses), Hotel Reservation details (Arrival / Departure dates, Rate Codes) and other general Restaurant information.

How do I enable Revinate Integration?

To enable the integration, simply contact your Revinate account manager and sign-up with Revinate. TablePath is a data supplier to the CDP and the technical enablement of the integration is handled between TablePath and Revinate.
