How To Refund A Voucher

If you would like to refund a voucher that has been purchased by a customer, please see following steps:

  1. Go to the Vouchers page (https://manage.tablepath.com/admin/vouchers)
  2. Click on the delete icon (trash can icon).
  3. Click 'Delete Voucher'.

This will result in the voucher being marked in the TablePath system and it being refunded to the customer via your Stripe account. If you have switched your Stripe account integration since the voucher was purchased, you will need to manually refund the customer using your old Stripe account.
