Introducing the Oracle Simphony integration

TablePath can be connected to Oracle Simphony POS to facilitate information sharing and automated workflow. This saves staff time and tracks customer spending habits thereby facilitating a more personalized service, targeted marketing, and data-driven decision-making.

With the integration enabled, TablePath will open a 'check' within Simphony upon seating the guest. Reservation or guest information may be passed to the POS thereby informing F&B and potentially kitchen staff.

Once items are added to the check, its value and status (paid or unpaid) are periodically synchronised back to TablePath providing real-time visibility to restaurant management.

Check status updates

When the check is paid and closed within Simphony, the status in the reservation is updated (to green from red) and the check contents (items ordered, prices, payments and payment types) are copied to the guests TablePath reservation. These are then associated with the diners profile.

Pre-requisites: The TablePath integration to Simphony requires a license for the STS Gen2 API.
