How To Fix Integration Errors In Hotsoft

If you are seeing a TablePath error in your Hotsoft integration, it may be because the default web browser in Hotsoft is not set to the latest one. Please see the steps below on how to change it.

  1. In Hotsoft, click on the 'Maintenance' tab (see screenshot below).
  2. Click on the 'Configuration' button.
  3. Click on 'Global Settings'
  4. In the search bar in the top left, type in 'web' and click the search button.
  5. Click on the row for DefaultWebBrowser.
  6. In the popup, please select 'WebView2' as your default web browser.
