Issue clicking TablePath booking link in Opera Cloud
If you're seeing an issue when clicking the 'Manage TablePath Bookings' link in Opera Cloud, please follow the steps below to ensure you're launch mode is set correctly for the link.
- Log in to Opera Cloud and click on the 3 lines in the top left
- Click on 'Settings'
- Under Customization, click 'Hub/Property Level' and then click 'Save'. You should see a warning section at the top of your page that says 'Customizing for <CHAIN CODE>'.
- On the main menu, click 'Bookings > Reservations > Manage Reservation'.
- Search for a reservation and open any of them by clicking on the link for the Confirmation Number.
- Click on the settings icon (the cog wheel) on the right side of the booking.
- Click the pencil icon beside 'Manage TablePath Bookings'
- For 'Launch URL Mode' select 'Launch URL in Popup Window'
- Click 'Save'
- Click 'Close Customise'
- Click on the 3 lines in the top left
- Click on 'Settings'
- Under Customization, click 'Off' and then click 'Save'.
