Troubleshoot Mews Connection Issues

If you're having issues connecting to Mews, please check the following:

  1. Please make sure the connection settings are correct. They can be seen in 'Configure > Integrations > Mews (Mews Connection Page). If you have no settings entered there, please contact support at support@tablepath.com for the connection details.
  2. Please contact Mews support to request that the connection details are correct. If they confirm that the details are correct, you can reset the connection syncing by clicking the link 'Reset Sync' on the Mews connection page (Mews Connection Page).
  3. If the issues persist, please contact TablePath support at support@tablepath.com for further assistance.
