How To Use A Custom Email Domain For All Emails

If you'd like to use your own custom email domain, to send out all your guest email from, please see the steps below.

PLEASE NOTE: You will need access to your domain, in order to set the correct DNS records required for custom email domain management.

  1. Go to the Configure section.
  2. Go to Locations.
  3. Click the edit button (pencil icon) beside the location you want to set up your custom email domain for.
  4. Enter your custom email domain in the 'Transactional Email Domain' field and 'Bulk Email Domain' field. Please only enter the domain after the @ symbol. For email, if you want your emails to go out from reservations@yourdomain.com, please enter 'yourdomain.com' in the domain fields.
  5. Click 'Save'.

If your custom email domain doesn't have the correct DNS records set, the instruction will be displayed in the error message when you try to save the location.
