How To Enable Email Activity Tracking

If you'd like to be able to track emails that are sent to your customers, please do the following:

  1. Go to the Configure page (https://manage.tablepath.com/admin/configure)
  2. Go to Settings (https://manage.tablepath.com/admin/configure/settings)
  3. Select 'Emails'.
  4. Tick the box for 'Enable Reservation Email Stats'.
  5. Click 'Save'.

After email stats are enabled, you will see a new tab called 'Emails' in the reservations portal. This tab will list all of the emails that have been sent to the customer for that reservation, along with details on whether the email has been delivered, opened, clicked, bounced or marked as spam.
