How To Add Internal Notes To Reservations

If you would like to add an internal note to a reservation, please follow the steps below:

Click on the TablePath logo in the top left.

Click on Reservations.

Click on the reservation you would like to add a custom message to. If you are using the grid view then click on the reservation and click ' Edit'.

Click on ' Details' tab near the top of the pop-up page.

Scroll down until you reach ' Notes' and enter in your notes here - these notes will not be visible to the customer.

When you have finished filling in your notes, click ' Save' at the bottom of the pop-up.

Any reservation that has an ' Internal Note' will have a yellow corner to indicate so in both 'Grid View', and 'Floor View'. To view the note, simply click into the reservation, and the note will be displayed.

In both 'Confirm View' and 'List View' notes will be visibly displayed. Please see example below:
