How To Filter Where Promotion Emails Are Sent

  1. Click on Marketing on the left-hand side of the page.
  2. Click on 'Promotions'.
  3. Click on the Email tab then click on 'Add New Promotion' on the left side of your screen.
  4. Select whether it's a 'One Time Only' or 'Recurring' email then select the Promotion Type to be used.
  5. Click on 'Recipient Filters' just above the email content.
  6. Click on 'Add Filter' and select the fields you want to use.
  7. Click 'Save' when done.
