Menu Item In Volante Not Syncing To The Order Taker

If there are menu items appearing on the Till but not on Order Taker, please make sure that all those missing items are made available for sale in the Volante BackOffice by doing the following:

  1. Select Menu Setup in the Back Office
  2. Select Menu Config in the Back Office (see above)
  3. Select the Menu Set that you want to add the items to from the drop down list (see above)
  4. Select Menu List View tab and highlight the Items that are missing on the left and drag from the left panel to the right panel
  5. Select 'Exit'
  6. Complete a Volante and TablePath sync by doing the following: Syncing Changes From Volante To TablePath
