Syncing Changes From Volante To TablePath

To sync any menu or menu items changes from Volante to TablePath, please do the following:

Data Sync To All Volante Terminals

When all changes have been completed you need to send the data to the touchscreens.

1. Select Data Synch in the Back Office
2. Select Send Updates To Terminals (see above)
3. Select the components that have been updated and need to be synched (see below). Press OK.

Data Sync From Volante To TablePath

Once all the Volante terminals have been synced, you can now sync Volante with TablePath. To start the TablePath sync, please do the following:

1. Go to the Order Taker page (https://manage.tablepath.com/admin/order-taker)
2. Click Menu (top right)
3. Press Sync with Volante (see above).
4. A new screen will pop up; please read instructions below.
5. Press 'Sync Volante Menus' (see below). When pressed, you should get a message that states that Sync was Successful.
6. When finished, Press 'Please Refresh this Page'.

If this is the first time syncing with Volante, all of your menus will be brought across, including courses (quick menu sections), menu item titles, prices and menu item options. If this is not the first time syncing, the titles of existing menu items will not sync across.

NOTE: The system will sync the prices automatically every 15 minutes, which allows for the system to display price plan price changes.

After these steps are completed, your Volante menus should be in sync with the Order Taker. If you are not seeing the same menus on both your Till and Order Taker, please see the following help article: Volante Menu Not Syncing
