Volante Menu Not Syncing

If you're having problems syncing your menu from Volante over to TablePath, please check the following:

  1. First check that you are syncing your menus to all the Volante terminals first and then syncing TablePath to Volante. To do this, please see the following help article: Syncing Changes From Volante To TablePath.
  2. Check that your connection to Volante is still working. To do this, please go to the Order Taker page (https://manage.tablepath.com/admin/order-taker) and click 'Menu > Connection Status'. If there are any failed items on that list, please contact support (support@tablepath.com).
  3. If you've changed the name of the menu item in Volante and performed a sync with TablePath, that name change won't come across to TablePath. Only the price and the availability of the item are synced once the initial sync is done. If you're looking to changes a menu item title after the first sync has been done, please do so in the TablePath menu items page (https://manage.tablepath.com/admin/menus/menu-items).
  4. Please make sure all menu items in Volante are available for sale. To check this, please see the following: Menu Item In Volante Not Syncing

If you have tried all of the above and the menu structure in TablePath is still not matching the structure in Volante, please contact support at support@tablepath.com
