How To Mark A Reservation As A No-Show

If you would like to mark a reservation as a 'No Show', please follow the steps below:

Click on the TablePath logo in the top left.

Click on Reservations.

If you have PIN codes enabled, enter your unique User PIN.

Click on the reservation you would like to mark as ' No Show'. If you are using grid view then click on the reservation and click ' Edit'.

At the bottom left of the pop-up, click ' Delete'.

When you have selected ' Delete', you will be presented with the following options - select ' Yes, Mark As No-Show'.

The following pop-up window will appear - select a ' Reason For Cancellation', enter in ' Details' and click ' Save'.
