Click on Reservations on the left-hand side of the page.
If you are using grid view, click on the reservation you would like to change the status to and select one of the status options.
If you're using the list or floor view, the next reservation status will be always visible, if a next reservation status has been selected for that status.
From all views, click on the reservation, click on 'Details' near the top of the pop-up.
Click on the box below 'Status'. You can now choose one of the status options.
