How To Add A Walk-In

If you would like to add a 'Walk-In' to the Reservations Portal, please follow the steps below:

Click on the TablePath logo in the top left.

Click on Reservations.

To add a walk-in to the Reservations Portal in grid view, click on the table you wish to place the walk-in. Input the ' Number of Guests' as well as the ' Minutes At Table and click the ' WALK-IN' button to add.

If you have PIN codes enabled, enter your unique User PIN - this will automatically save the reservation.

There are two further ways of adding a 'Walk-In'; on the top right-hand side of the page, click on ' Walk-In' (person icon).

Alternatively, click on the ' + New' icon. This will open up the standard reservation pop-up window, then click on the person icon in the top right corner.

Select the number of guests for the booking. If there are tables available, your walk-in booking will be saved automatically.

If there are no times available, you'll be asked to select a table(s) for the booking, then click ' Save'.

The Fast Way With Keyboard Shortcuts

We have provided keyboard shortcuts to make the process of adding a walk-in very quick. From any view, click 'W' on your keyboard to bring up the walk-in popup. Then select a number from 1 to 9, depending on the number of guests for the walk-in booking. So, with just 2 clicks on your keyboard, you can save a walk-in booking.
