How To Add & View Pending Reservations

If you would like to add a new 'Pending Reservation' follow the steps below:

Click on the TablePath logo in the top left.

Click on Reservations.

Click on ' + New' near the top right-hand side of the page.

If you have PIN codes enabled, enter your unique User PIN.

Fill in and complete the details as you would with a ' New Reservation'

On the last page of the pop-up window, you will be shown a ' Reservation Review', check that all of these details are correct. Once this is done, click the ' Pending' button.

You will then be shown a ' Reservation Confirmation', and this will have saved the new pending reservation.


Confirm, Edit or Delete a Pending Reservation

The new ' Pending Reservation' will now be displayed as a red notification number in the bottom right corner. To access the pending reservation, click on ' Standby', and enter in your User PIN.

You will be presented with a ' Pending Reservations' list. You can add a new pending reservation by clicking ' + Add New' and following the above steps.

To confirm a pending reservation click ' Confirm'. The reservation will now be visible the your main view.

If you would like to adjust a pending reservation, click ' Edit'.

Once presented with the reservations window, edit any details you wish to change and click ' Pending' to update these details as a pending reservation.

To cancel or delete a pending reservation, simply click ' Cancel' and this will remove it from the list.
