How To Block Times

If you'd like to block (or close out as it's also referred to) booking time slots, please see the steps below.  
Please Note: you must have Admin Rights to block times.

Click on the TablePath logo in the top left.

Click on Reservations.

Click on ' Menu' at the top right-hand side of the page.

Select ' Blocked Times' and enter your User PIN if you have PIN codes enabled.

N.B. The Blocked Times window can also be accessed by clicking on the time at the top of the 'Grid View' - please see image below:

Select the ' Room' you want this blocked time to apply to.

Set the ' Start' and ' End' time for this blocked time.

If you would like the blocked time to end after a specific date, please specify an ' End Date'.

If you want to block the time for online bookings only (not for internal staff), tick the box ' Block for online only?'.

Enter ' Notes' as to why the time is being blocked.

Select ' Save' to save these settings and to enable the blocked time.

Please Note: If you're on the grid view, you should then see red boxes on the screen for times blocked for all and purple boxes for times blocked for online bookings only:
