How To Add A New Room
This function allows you to create an active room. This should represent a physical room within your premises, and can be connected to your Volante system, if applicable.

- Click on the ' TablePath' logo in the top left.

- Click on ' Configure' at the bottom left hand side of the page.

- Click on ' Rooms & Tables'.
Quick Link: If you are already logged into the TablePath Dashboard, click on the following link to jump straight to the 'Rooms & Tables':

- Click on '+ Add New Room'.

- Set the name of the room in the 'Title' field. Then enter the 'Priority' number. This will affect the order in which rooms are displayed. The lower the number the higher the priority. It is always best practice to start with a high number such as 100 to give yourself room to alter the sorting numbers in the future.

If applicable, set the Volante Terminal from the drop down.
This is the Volante Terminal that will receive orders from this room. If a Volante terminal is specified for a table, it will overwrite the terminal set for the room.

PLEASE NOTE: If the
Volante Terminal field is blank; it means your Volante integration has either not been configured or TablePath is having problems connecting to your Volante system.
Please contact Support at support@tablepath.com if that happens to be the case.

- Tick the box 'Is Active' to make the room active. If you do not wish for the new room to be available for online reservations, tick the box 'Hidden For Online Selection'

- When finished, click on 'Add New Room'.
